For those unfamiliar with the competition, the Australasian Golden Bean is regarded as the pinnacle event in coffee roasting, drawing the most dedicated roasters from Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and Southeast Asia to demonstrate their expertise. This year was particularly special, marking the 20th anniversary of the event in Melbourne, a city renowned for its vibrant coffee culture. Having our beans acknowledged amongst Australia’s elite roasters is a tremendous honour.
